Alliance man bound over in stabbing case

An Alliance man who is accused of killing two people in mid-February has been bound over to district court for trial.

25-year-old Dominick L. Dubray is charged with two counts of murder in the first degree, a Class I felony, and two counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony, a Class II felony.

Dubray is accused of deliberately and with premeditated malice stabbing to death 22-year-old Catalina "Cathy" Chavez and 42-year-old Mike Loutzenhiser in a home near 8th and Flack on February 11.


Dubray is currently being held without bond in the Box Butte County jail. His district court arraignment is set for April 25.
