Bluffs man pleas to drug distribution
A Scottsbluff man faces a minimum of three years in prison after pleading guilty Friday to distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a playground.
24 year old Jose Roldan was arrested in October after selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant twice within a week, once in a Scottsbluff motel and the second time in a Scottsbluff park.
Roldan could get as much as 50 years in prison when he is sentenced April 4th
