Condon gets prison time for drug charge
A 37 year old Scottsbluff man has received three to five years in prison after pleading no contest to delivery of cocaine charges in a plea agreement where other drug charges were dismissed. Glenn Condon was given credit for time served in jail Friday by Scotts Bluff County District Judge Randy Lippstreu.
Condon was stopped by Scottsbluff Police regarding a theft from the Wal-Mart parking lot December 1st. Court documents say Police detected a strong odor of raw marijuana coming from the pickup and began a search of the vehicle. They seized over four grams of cocaine, a dozen oxycodone pills and 193 grams of marijuana, most of it in a brick form.
The documents say Condon is a convicted felon and he admitted while being booked into the jail he had been "selling marijuana for a while now."
