Mitchell man facing second burglary charge
A 57 year old Mitchell man already charged with one burglary had a first appearance on a second felony burglary charge Friday morning. James Bernhardt is accused in the complaint of breaking into Shaver Seed Farms December 1st just off of West 4nd Street on the north edge of Scottsbluff.
Bernhardt is already charged with the October 9th burglary of Robinson's Meat Processing in Mitchell. Court documents say 43 pounds of processed meat were taken in the burglary along with a cash box from the office containing an estimated $20.
