Scottsbluff man sentenced to prison
A 34 year old Scottsbluff man convicted of being in possession of child pornography was sentenced Thursday to seven and a half to 12 years in prison. Arturo Rosado was accused of being in possession of video of minor girls as young as six years old.
Rosado had entered a plea to three counts of possession of child pornography in a plea agreement with the prosecution. He had originally been charged with ten counts.
Scotts Bluff County Judge Randy Lippstreu sentenced Rosado to 30 to 48 months prison on each count.
