McBride acquitted in burglary case
A 39 year old man accused of burglary has been acquitted of the charge. A Scotts Bluff County District Court jury Wednesday found Tony McBride, who was accused of burglarizing a rural residence in Scotts Bluff County in January of 2011 not guilty.
30 year old Jonas Nolde was already sentenced last June to 18 months probation after entering a no contest plea to a lesser charge of attempted burglary in exchange for testimony in McBride's case.
The trial began Monday and then continued Wednesday before the jury deliberated and came back with the not guilty verdict.
