Pharmacy burglarized for the second time in a month

Scottsbluff Police are investigating the second burglary of the Scottsbluff Pharmacy on Avenue B within a month's time. Police say the Pharmacy was broken into again early Saturday morning and just like the burglary a month ago painkillers such as hydrocodone and oxycodone were taken.

A video indicates it was virtually the same method of operation, with the burglar forcibly entering the building and going through cabinets before removing the drugs. The suspect shown in the video is believed to be 6'1" tall, and wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and blue and white tennis shoes during the weekend burglary.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Scottsbluff Police Department at 632-7176 or Scotts Bluff County Crimestoppers at (308) 632-STOP (7867).
