Poll shows Fischer with a 21% lead

LINCOLN, Nebraska, August 17, 2012 The results of a recent poll conducted by the research firm We Ask America were released yesterday, showing state Sen. Deb Fischer with a commanding 55 percent to 34 percent lead over Bob Kerrey.

The poll was conducted for the Legislative Summit hosted by the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce.

1,273 respondents were surveyed and the poll has a margin of error of ±2.756 percent.
