There were no injuries Wednesday afternoon in an accident involving two motor boats at Bridgeport State Lakes, but the driver of one of the boats has received a citation.

Bridgeport State Lakes Game Warden Sean McKeehan says the collision involved a moving boat that collided with an anchored boat in the northwest part of the main lake around 1:30 p.m. There were five individuals in the anchored boat, all with life jackets on. McKeehan says none of them were thrown in the water.

Mckeehan says there were also six people in the boat that was moving, again all wearing life jackets. Again no one was thrown in the water.

McKeehan says he issued a citation to a 40 year old male driving the moving boat, but referred providing the identity of the man to Morrill County Attorney Travis Rodak, who will consider whether to file charges.
