Cougar softball chili feed is Saturday

The all-you-can-eat chili supper costs $5 and includes a drink, chili and dessert. Tickets can be purchased at the door. The Chili dinner will coincide with the WNCC and Otero Junior College women's and men's basketball games that are slated to begin at 1 p.m.

Last year, the Cougar softball team finished 45-26 and won their third straight Region IX title. This year's team is comprised of 16 players, including nine sophomores which includes two Gering High School graduates in Kayla Romey and Madison Spencer.
