October Pork Export Results Critical for U.S. Pork
U.S. pork muscle cut and pork variety meat exports were record-large in volume and value for October results.
National Pork Board CEO Chris Novak says with pork production at a high level and producers facing extremely high operating costs - this record in the international marketplace of more than 218-thousand metric tons in volume and more than 607-million dollars in value came at a critical time for the U.S. pork industry.
