Helen E Lepp, 89, Torrington

Funeral services for HELEN E. LEPP, 89, will be held at 10am Saturday, June 16, 2012 at the First Congregational Church with Reverend Matt Gordon officiating. Burial will follow in the Valley View Cemetery. Helen died June 13, 2012 at the Goshen Care Center in Torrington. A memorial has been established to the First Congregational Church. Visitation will be Friday at the funeral home from 3pm to 7pm and the casket will be open at the church prior to the service. Helen was born July 19, 1922 in Gering, Nebraska the daughter of Alexsander and Elizabeth (Albrandt) Ehrlich. She grew up and attended school in Nebraska one being the Kiowa School near Lyman, Nebraska. In 1936 her family moved to Huntley, Wyoming where she attended school. She married Albert John Lepp on December 31, 1940 in Gering. They farmed their whole lives in the Huntley area.

Helen enjoyed reading, sewing, bowling, crocheting, embroidery, and quilting. She was a member of the First Congregational Church and a member of the Friendly Society with the church.

Helen is survived by two daughters Sherlin Foos and her husband Larry of Yoder, Wyoming, and Peggy Hill of Lingle, Wyoming; a brother Samuel Ehrlich of Longmont, Colorado; three grandchildren Thad Foos of Torrington, Janet Hill of Bridgeport, Nebraska, and Brad Foos and his wife Tami of Torrington; and three great grandchildren Yasmen, Forest, and Dalton Foos all of Torrington. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers Alexsander Ehrlich and Victor Ehrlich; four sisters Hermina Morgheim, Bertha Keller, Alma Keller, and Esther Harris; and one son-in-law Marvin Hill.
