A fresh look for Bluffs trailer court
Two years after a tornado ravaged the Wagon Wheel trailer Court, the new owners of the space are starting over. Crystal Long and her husband have renamed the property 19th Avenue Court and are excited about turning it into a much cleaner trailer court.
Long says the entire property is fenced and they have regulations regarding pets with no dog kennels and they plan to have an on-site manager who will make sure all properties are being kept up. Long says they will also do criminal background checks.
She praised Twin Cities Development for helping get the property cleaned up, demolishing or removing abandoned trailers and establishing new infrastructure.
Long says they have 38 spaces. The Longs are living on one space and plan to sell the other one they own. A tenant is living in the other leased space at the present time.
