Bicycle Ride across Nebraska begins in Minatare

The village of Minatare is expected to more than double in population Saturday as hundreds of riders will gather for the start of the Bicycle Ride Across Nebraska, which begins in Minatare on Sunday, and will end in Yutan, Nebraska....just outside of Omaha on Saturday, June 9th.

Tim Cody says more people are still getting registered all the time, but they already are expecting a lot.


Cody says there will be music and food for the riders, plus shuttle rides to the lighthouse at Lake Minatare and other ways to keep the riders entertained before their start on Sunday. KNEB the Brand will be at Prairie Sky Foods in Minatare with a live remote from 2 to 4 Saturday.
