South Dakota man accused of sexual assault in local store
A 31 year old South Dakota man has been charged with third degree sexual assault and indecent exposure after committing a lewd act in the Scottsbluff Wal-Mart store. The court document says Jeremy Glasgow is accused of committing the sexual act on the back of a female worker while she was assisting him in the pet section. The woman did not notice she was a victim until Glasgow had walked away. The incident occurred Wednesday morning.
Glasgow was arrested by Scottsbluff Police after officers used photographs from security cameras at Wal-Mart to help identify the suspect's vehicle in the parking lot of another store. Glasgow was arrested as he approached the vehicle.
Glasgow is being held in the Scotts Bluff County jail on $100,000 bond with a 10% cash provision pending his next court appearance.
