Torrington pool accident victim improving

A 10 year-old girl taken from Torrington's municipal swimming pool last Thursday is getting better. Ashley Tosh of Hawk Springs is listed in serious condition at Denver's Childrens hospital, an upgrade from critical condition when she first arrived. The child was taken initially to Community hospital in Torrington and was then flown to the Denver facility.

Torrington Police Chief Billy Janes said Police are still investigating what happened in the pool. He said it will probably be next week before all the children in the area where the accident happened are interviewed.
