More than 200 file property protests
Scotts Bluff County Clerk Vera Dulaney says more than 200 people have filed property valuation protests that will be heard later this month by the Scotts Bluff County Commissioners.
Dulaney says the actual number of properties being protested is well over 200, since some of the protests being filed involve more than one property.
Dulaney says residential property valuations are being protested the most.
Dulaney says because of the high number of protests filed, the commissioners have set July 16th through 20th and the following Monday July 23rd as days they will hear the protests.
