Roxann (Ann) Hager, 56, Kimball
Roxann (Ann) Hager, 56, of Kimball, entered eternal life with her Lord and Savior on April 18, 2013, after a long hard fought battle
with cancer. A well deserved peace and eternal rest at last.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23,
2013 at the First English Lutheran Church in Kimball with Pastor Amanda Esping officiating. Inurnment services will be held at
11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in McCool Jct., Ne. Since casual wear was her wish, she
had requested Kimball Longhorn attire, Nebraska Cornhusker colors or other casual dress to celebrate her life. Memorials can be
made in her honor to Tori & Brooke's college fund, Nebraska Children's Home or Kimball School Foundation Scholarship fund. The
services for Ann have been entrusted to the Cantrell Funeral Home of Kimball and Farmer and Sons Funeral Home of Geneva, NE.
Ann was born August 19, 1956 in Lincoln, NE to Margaretha and Mayo Holland. Ann attended school in Fairmont and graduated in 1974. She was a graduate of Joseph's Hair Design and owned and operated her own hair salon for several years. She then worked for two newspapers as a computer typesetter and film developer for over 25 years. She married the love of her life, Roland (Rollie) Hager, on April 15, 1977 and was blessed with 2 beautiful daughters: Tori and Brooke. Ann's greatest accomplishments in life were her marriage & her daughters and she loved taking care of them and their home. Ann was very passionate about her daughter's numerous school & sporting activities and was also an avid camper and fisherwomen, influenced
by her late father-in-law. Ann was a devoted and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister & in dividual and will be missed by all who
She is survived by her husband, Rollie; daughters: Tori & fiance Daniel Evertson and Brooke, all of Kimball, NE; mot her,
Margaretha (Micky) Holland of Grafton, NE; mother-in-law, Helen Hager of Kimball, NE; brother, Mike Holland of Grafton, NE;
sister and fiancé, Mildred "Murd" Holland and Danny Thompson of Lincoln, NE; sister and brother-in-law, Jess and Don Marget of
Fairmont, NE; sister Rose Holland of Beatrice, NE; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, a
sister, her father-in-law, and her grandparents.
