Drugs seized in arrest of Scottsbluff man
A 37 year old Scottsbluff man faces multiple drug charges after Scottsbluff Police arrested him over the weekend in possession of close to half a pound of marijuana. Police say Glenn Condon was also in possession of cocaine and oxycodone pills.
Court documents say Condon was jailed Friday night after Police stopped his vehicle regarding a theft from a pickup in the Wal Mart parking lot on December 1st. The officer says a strong odor of raw marijuana was coming from the pickup and Police began a search of the vehicle. They seized over four grams of cocaine, a dozen oxycodone pills and 193 grams of marijuana, most of it in a brick form.
Condon is a convicted felon and he admitted while being booked into the jail he had been "selling marijuana for a while now." Condon is being held on $130,000 bond with a 10% provision.
