Unique traveler passing through area

If you have spun your head for a second look at a team of draft mules pulling three wagons with "Jesus Saves" on the side, you're not alone. Randy Boehmer, who is from Ashford, Arizona, is currently passing through the area and tells KNEB News he began his journey with no set destination or timetable.

He is traveling with 5 Belgian draft mules, four pull the wagon. Boehmer says he has traveled to over 20 states in the four years and four or five months since he left Bedford, Indiana on the trek in 2008. He travels north in the summer and south in the winter, just seeing the country and spreading the word of God through the messages on his wagons.

Boehmer said people ask him if he does alot of preaching. He said he doesn't have to because the messages on the side of his wagon do the preaching for him.
