No one injured in Sidney plane crash
No one was injured after a small plane flipped at the Sidney Airport Sunday. KSID Radio reports the Fixed-Based Operator at Sidney Aviation Ed Nelson says a small aircraft occupied by two people flipped over its nose and onto its top while finishing its landing roll at around 4:30 Sunday afternoon. There was very little speed involved and most of the damage happened to the plane's wings.
The two-seat conventional-gear aircraft is owned by John Mundorf of Mullen, Nebraska and was being flown by friends of his according to Nelson.
