21st Century becomes largest Eco-Drip dealer
21st Century Water Technologies will not follow John Deere in getting out of the irrigation business. In February Deere and Company sold its irrigation entity to a private equity firm in Israel. 21st Century Water Technologies has found new sub-surface irrigation partner with Texas based - Eco-Drip. Sales and Business Development Manager Chad Schneider says the change at John Deere was unexpected.
In finding a new sub-surface irrigation manufacturer, Schneider says it was important to partner with an established company. He says it makes a lot of sense to now work with Eco-Drip, as they have been specializing in sub-surface irrigation since 1984 and has installed over 200,000 acres in sub-surface irrigation.
21st Century Water Technologies is a wholly owned subsidiary of 21st Century Equipment, becomes the largest Eco-Drip Dealer with 15 locations in western Nebraska and eastern Colorado.
21st Century Water Technologies will install and service subsurface drip irrigation (SDI) systems in parts of a four-state area. Eco-Drip sold and serviced out of the 21st Water Technologies offices in Scottsbluff and Sidney.
