Tonic-Sol-Fa to perform at the Midwest

Tickets in the balcony still remain for Wednesday night's performance by Tonic-Sol-Fa, the popular Minnesota-based harmony group. The group's stop at the Midwest Theater Wednesday evening at 7:30 is part of their 2012 holiday tour, according to Mark McGowan, one of the four members in the acappella group.

The group has been described as the "Rat Pack meets Glee" and will present their version of classic holiday songs as well as new twists to their classic up-tempo tunes. Tonic-Sol-Fa has appeared on the Today Show, shared stages with Garrison Keilor and Jay Leno and has been a favorite on PBS with their annual Christmas holiday specials.
