June 12, 1949 - April 10, 2018

Jacqueline Ann Kuxhausen age 68 of Scottsbluff, Ne passed away on April 10th, 2018 at Regional West Medical Center with her family by her side. Services will be held Saturday April 14th, 2018 at 2:30pm at The Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff, Ne where cremation has taken place. Condolences may be left at

Jackie was born in Grand Island, Ne to Pat and Maureen Cain on June 12th, 1949. Her family moved to Scottsbluff in the early 50s where Jackie made her home. She received her early education in Scottsbluff. Jackie worked as a bartender at several taverns and was also a night stock manager. She took an early retirement to become a homemaker. Jackie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. One of her favorite pass times was playing cards. She was very devoted to her grandchildren and was a loving mother and grandmother figure to many others. She will be remembered for her loving and kind dedication to her family and friends. Her door was always open and her heart was always warm and welcoming to all.

Jackie will be dearly missed and is survived by the love of her life (Husband) Larry and dog Dottie, 2 daughters : Gay Gentry (Corey Bennett) & Kim (Ron) Uhrich, 3 sons: Gregg (Michelle) Brown, Larry (Georgia) Brown, & Gene Brown, 5 step children: Sherri Dostal, Kathy Kuxhausen, Michelle (Rob) Dillon, Rick (Judy) Kuxhausen, Melinda (Steve) Flannigan, Special son Tony Grimm, several grandchildren & great grandchildren, sisters: Mary (Fred) Frederick, Sheila (Alpha) Warfield, Charlie Berhardt, Jan Miller, & Brothers: Pat Cain & Tom Cain.

Jackie is preceded in death by her parents, her bothers: Sam, Mike, & Johnny Cain, Sister: Katie Cain, First husband: Duane Brown and infant grandchild: Sally Ann.

The family requests a casual attire for the services. Refreshments will follow the service at Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel and burial will take place at later date.
