Morrill boys basketball fundraiser coming up this Saturday

Morrill boys basketball fundraiser coming up this Saturday
Support local hoops in Morrill this Saturday night.

The Morrill boys basketball program is under new leadership this season. Head Coach Terry Lofink and the kids got started with conditioning last night before practice officially opens next week.

Coming up this Saturday night, November 10th,  the Morrill boys program will be busy with a big fundraising dinner auction.

The event will be held at the American Legion in Morrill (117 South Center) from 6-10 p.m. and will feature dinner, live music, and an auction that will feature plenty of great sports memorabilia.

The spaghetti dinner plate ticket costs $15 and the live band performing will be ‘In The Groove’.

Take a look at some of the cool sports items that Coach Lofink has rounded up for the auction part of the evening:

Who doesn’t need an autographed Peyton Manning collage for the wall?
Or maybe this autographed Heisman Trophy photo of Johnny Rodgers?
The GOAT, Tommie Frazier.

Plenty of other great sports memorabilia, art, and vacation packages will be available in the auction.

All proceeds from the event will go towards the Morrill boys basketball program.
