More fire help from the Rockies
DENVER (AP) _ The Colorado Rockies and Denver Broncos have pledged to make donations to relief efforts for Colorado wildfire victims.
Rockies owner and chairman Dick Monfort said Thursday the club would make a significant donation but the amount was not disclosed.
Broncos owner Pat Bowlen said Wednesday the team would donate $50,000 to the effort.
The Rockies also will collect fan donations for wildfire victims at their Friday and Saturday games at Coors Field.
