A 20-year-old Scottsbluff man has been sentenced to a total of 8 to 10 years in prison after pleading no contest to three felony charges.
Brandon Calderon was sentenced last Wednesday in District Court on a conviction of 1st Degree Forcible Sexual Assault in one case; and convictions of Possession of Child Pornography and Intentional Child Abuse in a second case.
Court documents say Calderon sexually assaulted one victim in the winter of 2019. In the second case Calderon was found guilty for having illicit photos of underage girls on his phone.
In addition to the prison terms, Calderon will have to register as a sex offender as terms of his sentencing.
