Scottsbluff Murderer Loses Motion for Postconviction Relief

A former Scottsbluff man currently serving a life prison sentence for the 2016 murder of Melissa May has lost his latest appeal.

68-year-old Lucio Munoz had filed a motion for postconviction relief, and on Thursday Scotts Bluff County District Judge Andrea Miller made her ruling.
