On Monday at Bridgeport High School it was senior Jerzie Menke signing to continue her wrestling career at Dixie State University in St. George, Utah.
Menke created some history for herself and the Bulldogs earlier this year as she won the gold medal at the first ever Girls State Wrestling Championships in York. Menkes victory came at 126 pounds.
